My journey with Lin Agile began in February 2023; her training sessions covered various Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Xtreme programming, DevOps and SAFe.  

During the training, we learnt a lot about Agile; it was engaging and interactive, role-playing and collaborating with the other students so we could have an idea of the structure in the real world; we had hands-on exercises on project management tools like Jira and Miro. She assisted with CV review, prep on interview questions and answers, coaching and mentoring on Agile. 

I began applying for jobs and attending interviews, and she was available to guide and motivate me. I was part of her Agile community of practice, where we could interact with other working Agile professionals and share ideas. I successfully secured an Agile Delivery role that was fully remote with good pay, thanks
