Precious Baker
Precious Baker is an entrepreneur with much experience and expertise in enterprise Agile coaching, mentoring, organisation transformation and lean project management skills within the IT sector and business marketing management, plus social entertainment industries. She is enthusiastic about making a difference by achieving work-life balance and breaking the barrier to an agile lifestyle that allows her to enjoy the best things in life, while also having her career blossom on the right path.
Having obtained a first degree in Biology, a BSC Hons in Business Management with Innovation Technology, a Distinction Master's (MSc) in Entrepreneurship with Innovation, and a diploma in Business Marketing, Precious is no stranger to hard work and dedication. She has also earned additional certifications in ICP LPM, ICP ACP, ICP ACC, PSM, and SAFe 6.0, further strengthening her impressive skill set and experience.
As An Agile coach and BI delivery lead for over 8 years as well as successfully growing her prestigious company Theflip limited, to a highly recognised IT consulting firm with an award winning training partnership with other education bodies like SCRUMstudy and VMEdu.com, including being a certified IATA Travel agent holding an Inteletravel partnership, Precious understands the importance of bringing agility into our lives to help improve and maintain a balanced lifestyle. The birth of Theflip Limited, which is a multi-service company.
A space to have all that is important in our lives while branching out her service by partnering with other professionals to form a strong IT consulting community.
